Grant Jackson - Director
With 30 years experience in the accounting industry, Grant's passion for helping clients to make informed choices and achieve their goals inspired him to start his own firm. Specialising in strategic tax planning, Grant believes every client should know where they stand to really succeed and reach their expectations. Grant is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.
Sarah Bakker - Income Tax Return Specialist
Sarah is our individual tax return specialist. Over the years, she has gained accounting and taxation experience through working in the financial sector. She has a strong focus on customer service which enables her to achieve excellent results for clients.
Lisa Montgomery - Accountant
Lisa is one of our valued accountants here at Pivotal Accounting. Lisa holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from the Southern Cross University majoring in Accounting and Advanced Accounting. Lisa processes Income Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements (BAS's) and Year End Accounting work for our clients. Lisa is currently studying to complete her CPA.
Karen Pinchen - Bookkeeper
Karen is one of our helpful internal bookkeepers. She has many years experience in bookkeeping roles and assists with a variety of tasks for our accountants and our clients. Some of her main roles include processing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing Business Activity Statements, Quarterly Management Reporting and making sure client files are up to date.
Caitlin Lobien - Bookkeeper
Caitlin is one of our savvy internal bookkeepers. She has many years experience in bookkeeping and uses her skills in her own family business. Cailtin's roles include processing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing Business Activity Statements, Quarterly Management Reporting and making sure client files are up to date.
Veronica Parker - Bookkeeper

Jack Shone - Administration Officer
Jack is our administration officer. She has many years experience in office support roles with a Bachelor Degree in Audio Engineering and a Certificate IV in Business Administration. Jack's main tasks include compiling financial and taxation documents, managing the accountants' workflow, handling office projects and supporting the team here at Pivotal Accounting.
Chloe Wells - Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Chloe is our friendly receptionist. She is the greeting voice behind the phone and welcomes you into our office. Her role at the firm includes organising appointments with clients, taking payments, processing mail, sending out your Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements, and supporting our accountants with a variety of tasks.
